With the arrival of new AI models and agents, they have become powerful tools that can answer questions and automate processes for companies and employees. However, this technology can be a disadvantage in job interviews, because there is less human involvement to carefully review and make decisions about applications.

For young people who want to apply for their first job, it is an obstacle when their application is rejected by AI. In fact, a study shows that applicants may need to send around 200 applications, with most being rejected within only 2 minutes due to AI systems that analyze and evaluate profiles, and only being accepted by one of them.

This situation leads applicants to use AI as a way to respond and improve their resumes in an unethical way in order to stand out. This creates the problem of hiring people who do not have the necessary skills for the job.

Nowadays, job interviews often consist of a screen-sharing process accompanied by an AI system that detects mistakes made by the applicant, with people developing software that helps hide the use of AI chatbots during screen sharing with the system or the interviewer, and even cases where hired individuals rely on others due to their lack of knowledge in the field.
